MEET ROY
Roy Bayard began his venture into the real estate business in 2018, based on a simple desire to assist new and seasoned members of the community with home ownership. Born and raised in the New Orleans area, he has a deep foundation for location diversity. He has over 18 years of retail and wholesale management, with a concentration in home improvement retailing. Teamwork and customer service have been key to his professional career. It was a natural fit for Roy to pair his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for home ownership into real estate.

Roy Bayard is a family man who aspires to be the best person he knows how to be. He considers compassion and honesty key elements for both family and professional growth. Roy treats each client as if they are his only client. He will spend the time necessary to locate the best possible source for his clients wants and needs.

COMMUNITY
Giving back to the local community through team builds and outreach programs give him great satisfaction. He has worked with local Boys and Girls Clubs completing building maintenance to basketball gyms and football fields. He has assisted with new playground builds with Kaboom and local house renovations with Habitat for Humanity. Roy enjoys the great feeling of helping the community and giving local youth a positive place to grow and escape the challenges of everyday life. Roy also has strong ties to the local community as a 20-year veteran of the service industry working as a bartender, DJ, and Master of Ceremonies for various events including special needs fund raisers. Roy also has a penchant for cars, working on cars and occasionally buying a few as well.
